Travelling together gives a trip its own atmosphere. Conversations begin before you arrive, colleagues get to know each other and the whole group shares the experience from the start.
Sideways Tours and Car Hire provides transport for groups travelling to conferences, retreats, celebrations and other shared destinations. We help coordinate the movement of your passengers around agreed pickup points and schedules.
One group a coordinated journey
Organising group transport involves more than counting seats. Departure times, pickup locations, luggage and return arrangements all need to work together.
Share your itinerary with us, and we will help identify a suitable vehicle and transport arrangement. We can discuss single-day travel, return trips and journeys involving several stops.
Space for groups of different sizes
Our passenger fleet includes seven-seaters and 14-, 22-, 32- and 50-seater vehicles.
The right choice depends on the size of your group and what everyone is bringing. Let us know about suitcases, equipment or other bulky items when you enquire so we can recommend an appropriate option.
Plan your group journey
Send us your passenger numbers, destination, travel dates and pickup requirements.
